5. Orders & Execution
All orders are placed at your own risk. Prices are generated by reference to underlying markets and liquidity providers and may differ from prices quoted elsewhere. During periods of high volatility, low liquidity or market gaps, orders may be executed at a price different from the requested price (slippage). We reserve the right to cancel or correct trades executed at manifestly erroneous prices.
6. Margin, Leverage & Stop-Out
You must maintain sufficient margin in your account to support your open positions at all times. If your margin level falls below the applicable margin-call level, we may notify you; if it falls to the stop-out level, positions may be closed automatically, starting with the largest losing position, without further notice. Leverage limits may vary by instrument, account type and jurisdiction.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods held in your own name; third-party payments are not accepted. Withdrawals are generally returned to the original funding source up to the amount deposited. marketcapital24 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal and may delay or refuse withdrawals where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
8. Fees & Charges
Trading costs may include spreads, commissions, overnight financing (swap) charges and currency-conversion fees, as described on our website and in the platform. Inactive accounts may be subject to a dormancy fee after a prolonged period of inactivity, which will be notified in advance.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud; exploit pricing errors, latency or system vulnerabilities; engage in market abuse; use multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions; or interfere with the operation of our platforms. Breach of this section may result in the cancellation of trades and closure of your account.

You may close your account at any time, subject to the closing of open positions and settlement of any outstanding amounts. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which marketcapital24 is incorporated . Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
