1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your registration, close your trading account or request a refund of deposited funds with marketcapital24. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your client agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days of account approval without giving a reason, provided you have not placed any trades. In this case, any funds deposited will be returned in full, less any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Once you have placed a trade, the cooling-off right no longer applies, because the value of financial instruments depends on market fluctuations outside our control.
3. Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time by emailing support@marketcapital24.com from your registered email address or via the client portal. Before closure:
- all open positions and pending orders must be closed or cancelled;
- any outstanding fees or negative balances must be settled;
- any remaining free balance will be returned to you according to our withdrawal procedures.
Account closure is usually completed within five (5) business days.
4. Refunds of Deposits
Refunds are made to the original payment method and in the name of the account holder, up to the amount originally deposited through that method. Any profits are paid by bank transfer or another method in your name. Refund timescales depend on the payment provider, typically 1–10 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Trading losses, spreads, commissions, swap charges and fees for completed services are not refundable. Bonuses or promotional credits, where offered, are not withdrawable and will be removed on cancellation, subject to the specific promotion terms.
6. Cancellation by marketcapital24
marketcapital24 may suspend or cancel your account where you breach our Terms, provide false information, fail to complete verification, engage in abusive trading practices, or where required by law or regulation. Where possible, we will give you prior notice and return any remaining balance, less amounts owed.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and recovery of related costs.
